European LifeCare Group welcomes new Group CFO

We are delighted to announce that Brian Bisgaard has been appointed as the new Group CFO of European LifeCare Group, effective 14th November 2023. Bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure in the healthcare sector, Brian is set to lead and further enhance the financial operations of our company in the UK and Denmark.

Extensive experience in the healthcare sector

Brian joins us with a strong experience in strategic and organisational development and has a proven track record in executing on both organic and acquisitive growth plans. His appointment comes at a time when European LifeCare Group, as one of North Europe’s largest independent provider of health and disease vaccines, continues its trajectory of growth.

In his new role, Brian will spearhead the leadership and development of our finance function. He will also join the executive management team and the board, contributing significantly to the ongoing development of the business.

Brian is excited to join the company: “I look forward to taking on the role as Group CFO at European LifeCare Group and being a part of the exciting growth journey that European LifeCare Group is on.” Brian will be placed in Denmark.

About Brian

Brian’s journey in finance spans over 14 years, with substantial experience in both private equity-owned and listed company. He joins us from Habitus Holding, where he has been an integral part of the leadership team for seven years, responsible for among other things finance and M&A and instrumental in developing the business strategy.

Brian is an educated auditor with a theoretical background that includes an Executive MBA, HD(R) and HD(O) from Copenhagen Business School.
