New Group CEO to European LifeCare Group

We are deligted to have welcomed TanjaSølvkjær as our new Group CEO, bringing with her a remarkable background and over 15 years of expertise in organizational transformations and international management consulting across diverse sectors such as healthcare, energy, and services.

Tanja Sølvkjær will be instrumental in driving continued growth and maintaining the position as one of the leading providers of vaccinations in Northern Europe. She brings over 15 years of experience in organizational transformations and international management consulting. Tanja holds a degree in economics and began her career with six years at the consulting firm McKinsey. She also brings with her five years of management experience from DONG Energy/Ørsted and five years at AniCura, where she successfully led the company through significant growth, with a focus on the customer journey and employee satisfaction. Initially serving as CEO of Anicura Copenhagen Animal Hospital and since 2019 as Country Manager for AniCura Denmark.
